DELIVERY: NOTE TO CUSTOMER

All deliveries are made with an 18 tonne truck with a tail lift, so we need the same kind of access as a bin lorry! You’ll need to notify us if there are any weight or width restrictions that will prevent access, so we can arrange an alternative vehicle.

Our haulier will be responsible for taking your purchase off their truck, and moving it as close to the final destination as they can using a pallet truck. They are unable to move the purchase over uneven ground such as gravel, grass, cobbles, steps or lifts.

You will be notified at least three days before delivery, and nothing will be shipped without prior arrangement. All deliveries fall between 9am and 5pm on the day agreed.
